Rosé is a different sort of red wine, with all the refreshing qualities of a white. Known for its light pink color, the method of saignee ('bled") is used to produce Vincenza Cabernet Rosé. Dry, but fruity and balanced, this wine's freshness, brightness and medium body means that it plays well with others. Rosé is typically ready to drink early, and Vincenza is no exception.
