2011 Vincenza Cabernet Rose

Rose is a different sort of red wine, with all the refreshing qualities of a white. Known for its light pink color, the method of saignee ('bled") is used to produce Vincenza Cabernet Rose. Dry but fruity and balanced, this wines freshness, brightness and medium body means that it plays well with others. Rose is typically ready to drink early, and Vincenza is no exception.

The 2011 Celani Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Rose' is extremely aromatic with freshly crushed cranberries, rhubarb, pomegranates, and citrus blossoms. The flavors are a lively expression of strawberries, red raspberries, and cranberries with subtle notes of rose petals and watermelon crisp.
