The grapes used to create Ardore come from the most respected farms in the Napa Valley.

The 2009 Celani Ardore is made from a meticulous selection of just 10 barrels from the most exceptional vineyard sources of Cabernet Sauvignon available. Aged for 22 months in 100% new French oak barrels, Ardore is never fined nor filtered. The 2009 Ardore is an aromatic powerhouse with huge expressions of black and blue berries, orange marmalade, crème de casis, dark chocolate, espresso, and cigar box. Subtle notes of cinnamon, black plums, cumin and suede add further compliment. In the mouth, are richly concentrated flavors of candied black cherries, roasted black berries and mocha with an underlying sweet-fruit core. The powerful flavors are beautifully integrated with supple mouth-coating tannins resulting in a seamless opulence. The 2009 Ardore will age gracefully over the next 25 years.
